Profile

Petros and his team provide Private Chef Services at any venue, offering a culinary experience that is closely bonded to tradition, seasonality, and sustainability.

He is a graduate of ASTEK (Higher School of Tourism Education of Crete) in Greece and UCB (University College Birmingham). He has been working in the industry for 20 years numbering a variety of positions in Greece and the UK.

 

Services

  • Private Chef Services with online booking and confirmation.
  • Seasonal pre-set menus with service for up to 16 Guests.
  • Wine pairing for selected menus and assistance in delivery from local vendors.
  • All menu planning and consulting, on-site preparation, and full kitchen clean-up.
  • Prices are preset per person and include the cost of food. Our partners are stocked with all kitchen appliances and utensils, place settings and glassware if necessary.
  • Menus can be adjusted with additional consulting to accommodate for dietary restrictions, preferences and/or allergies.
  • All the seafood is fresh and hence subject to availability. However, if necessary, it will be replaced appropriately.
  • Starters and traditional main served in sharing platters (family style)

Philosophy

Petros is part of a team (resident chef) which aims in educating travelers on the Greek gastronomy and providing cooking lessons and suggestions for a better and more sustainable living. Located right in the heart of an Olive Farm, Petros and his team grow their own natural organic food, reviving and preserving old varieties of fruits and vegetables using only heirloom seeds. They always use sustainable and traditional methods for managing, preserving and processing their produce. The team values authenticity and tradition and aims to show to every guest the true essence of Greece while becoming part of the community. They respect and promote the local character of each community, making efforts to conserve both the natural and the cultural heritage. They apply this ethos and values in all our operations.
