Petros is part of a team (resident chef) which aims in educating travelers on the Greek gastronomy and providing cooking lessons and suggestions for a better and more sustainable living. Located right in the heart of an Olive Farm, Petros and his team grow their own natural organic food, reviving and preserving old varieties of fruits and vegetables using only heirloom seeds. They always use sustainable and traditional methods for managing, preserving and processing their produce. The team values authenticity and tradition and aims to show to every guest the true essence of Greece while becoming part of the community. They respect and promote the local character of each community, making efforts to conserve both the natural and the cultural heritage. They apply this ethos and values in all our operations.
