Preveli Beach is not like a beautiful painting, it’s more like a collage of many beautiful paintings brought together in perfect harmony.
It has everything someone might wish for; a beautiful beach with crystal clear turquoise waters, a small river that flows into the sea, an exotic palm forest across the river and many Ttamarisk trees which offer their invaluable shade, especially in the middle of the summer heat.
Preveli Beach is located on the south coast of Crete and approximately 40km from Rethymnon, Crete’s third largest city.
